Lynson-Talent has set in place an all-round compliance policies, which is intended as a smart communication platform with high level of security and risk control. We give a pledge to help clients and specialists evade from all sorts of political and commercial risks with services in line with standards of national or international regulators, laws and regulations.

Client Compliance

We get started with client compliance from laying down terms of cooperation. We work together with a client’s own compliance team to nominate industry-related compliance contents, so as to instill related expertise into clients in conformity with all codes of financial regulation and business ethics.

Specialist Compliance

Specialists are required to sign the Lynson-Talent Specialist Service Agreement, entailing the authenticity of specialists’ identity information, no leak of non-disclosed information and business confidentials, and compliance with laws and regulations, NDA, and terms of IP and third-party liability.

Internal Compliance

Compliance training is an integral part of induction training for new employees. Besides, there is also intensive training held annually to make sure that the staff bear in mind all contents of our compliance manual.

For any violations of routine of compliance, if caught in the act, we will take appropriate remedial actions immediately; under severe circumstances, we will end employment relationship.
